Your LuckyWin Login — What You Need to Know

Logging Out on Shared Devices
If you access your LuckyWin account on a shared computer, tablet or phone — at an internet café, a friend's home or a shared office device — always log out properly when you are done. Do not tick "Keep me signed in" on a device you do not own personally. LuckyWin has an automatic session timeout, but logging out manually is always the safest option. You can also log out all active sessions from your account security settings if you are unsure which devices may still be signed in.
What to Do if Your Account is Compromised
If you suspect someone else has accessed your LuckyWin account without your permission — unusual bets, unexpected withdrawals, settings changes you did not make — act immediately. Change your password right away using the password reset process. Then contact LuckyWin support at support@luckywin.world, include your registered mobile number and a brief description of what you noticed. Our security team will investigate and freeze any suspicious activity while the review is underway.

If you do not yet have a LuckyWin account, the login page is not the starting point — the Register page is. Creating your account is free, takes under two minutes and immediately qualifies you for the LuckyWin welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 on your first deposit. Your account lets you deposit in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. There is no credit check and no upfront documentation required to register.
Common Login Questions
First, confirm you are using the exact mobile number you registered with — including the correct format (03XX or +92 3XX). Check that Caps Lock is off when entering your password, as passwords are case-sensitive. If you are copying and pasting the password, watch out for extra spaces. If none of this helps, use the "Forgot password?" option to reset it, or contact support@luckywin.world for direct assistance.
LuckyWin automatically locks an account for a short period after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure against automated attacks. The lockout typically lasts 15 minutes. You will receive an SMS alert on your registered number. After 15 minutes you can try again. If you believe the failed attempts were not made by you, change your password immediately and contact support.
LuckyWin accounts are created for Pakistani players and are primarily intended for use within Pakistan. Logging in from abroad may trigger additional verification. If you are travelling and experiencing login issues, contact support@luckywin.world with your registered mobile number and current location. Note that service availability may vary depending on your location.
The "Keep me signed in" option is safe on a personal device that only you use and that is protected by a PIN, fingerprint or password. Do not use this option on shared, public or borrowed devices. Even with this option enabled, LuckyWin will still require re-authentication after a long period of inactivity or if it detects an unusual login pattern.
After logging in to LuckyWin, go to Account Settings and select the Security tab. Toggle on "Two-Factor Authentication via OTP". Every time you log in from a new device or after a period of inactivity, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. This is the single most effective step you can take to protect your LuckyWin account from unauthorised access.
