LuckyWin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

LuckyWin is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated at luckywin.world. The platform provides access to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, virtual sports and related promotional offers to registered players aged 18 and above.

These Terms apply in full to all registered LuckyWin accounts and supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and LuckyWin. Where individual promotions or game types carry their own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms are additional to — not replacements for — these general Terms.

By accessing luckywin.world, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are using your own identity and your own payment methods, and that you are entering into this agreement of your own free will.

To access real-money games and betting markets at LuckyWin, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a password of your choosing and acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration.

2.1 One Account Policy

LuckyWin operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Only one account is permitted per individual person, per household address and per shared device. If LuckyWin identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person or household, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Age Verification

LuckyWin may request age verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal or increasing account limits. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Accounts where the player's age cannot be confirmed to LuckyWin's satisfaction will be suspended until verification is complete. Winnings generated during an unverified period are not guaranteed to be paid if the account holder is found to be under 18.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuckyWin account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact LuckyWin support at support@luckywin.world immediately. LuckyWin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided to LuckyWin during registration and subsequently must be truthful and accurate. LuckyWin reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided, regardless of whether the player benefits from any winnings generated while the account was active.

LuckyWin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

LuckyWin does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside LuckyWin's control. LuckyWin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank processing times or system outages at payment providers.

LuckyWin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including a welcome deposit match bonus, daily cashback, weekly reload bonuses and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your LuckyWin account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. As a general rule, wagering requirements at LuckyWin range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rs 150,000 of total eligible wagers before withdrawal is possible.

4.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. Table games including blackjack and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Live casino games contribute at rates stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on voided outcomes do not count towards wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

LuckyWin monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems, or using strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk (such as high-low hedging across markets). Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses forfeited and the account suspended without prior notice.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses credited to your LuckyWin account carry an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

LuckyWin's sports betting section covers football, cricket, tennis, basketball, virtual sports and other markets. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance — if the odds change between you clicking "Place Bet" and the bet being confirmed, LuckyWin's system will notify you of the new price before finalising the wager.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet at LuckyWin is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of wagering. LuckyWin reserves the right to apply individual account stake restrictions at its discretion.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is decided; the bet was placed at a clearly erroneous price caused by a data feed error; the selection no longer exists at the time the event resolves (e.g., a player removed from a match before kick-off). Void selections in accumulator bets are removed and the remaining legs treated as a new accumulator at the adjusted odds.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events at LuckyWin. During in-play events, markets may be suspended and re-priced at any time. Bets accepted on suspended markets are valid at the price at which they were confirmed. LuckyWin is not responsible for any delays in live data that may affect the timing of market suspensions.

5.4 Result Disputes

LuckyWin uses official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers to settle bets. If you believe a result has been settled incorrectly, you must contact support within 72 hours of settlement. LuckyWin will review the claim and respond within five business days. The decision of LuckyWin's trading team on result disputes is final.

LuckyWin's casino includes slot games, RNG table games, live dealer games and South Asian titles including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger and Jhandi Munda. All RNG games use certified random number generators independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by professional studios using physical equipment.

Game results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the game system. Disconnections during a game round do not automatically void the bet — the round will complete when connectivity is restored, and the result applied as normal. Minimum bets on casino games at LuckyWin start at Rs 100. Maximum bets vary by game and table, and are displayed within the game interface. LuckyWin publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games in its library — these are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns per session or per player.

Withdrawals from your LuckyWin account can be made to any payment method that has previously been used to deposit on the same account. This requirement exists as a security measure and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests to new or unverified payment methods will require identity and payment verification before processing.

7.1 Processing Times

LuckyWin aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay within five minutes of submission. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 2–4 hours depending on your bank. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. LuckyWin will notify you if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at LuckyWin is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts. High-value withdrawals over Rs 500,000 may be processed in tranches over multiple business days at LuckyWin's operational discretion.

7.3 Outstanding Wagering Requirements

Withdrawals cannot be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on your LuckyWin account. If you wish to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, your active bonus will be forfeited and any bonus-derived winnings removed. Only your original deposit balance will remain withdrawable.

LuckyWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — providing false registration information, using multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, suspected fraudulent transaction activity, placing bets to manipulate outcomes, or failing to cooperate with identity verification requests.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, LuckyWin will aim to communicate the reason within five business days. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any suspended funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, LuckyWin reserves the right to close the account permanently and forfeit any remaining balance.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting LuckyWin support. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met. Self-exclusion requests made through LuckyWin's Responsible Gaming tools result in immediate account restriction.

LuckyWin is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be an entertainment activity undertaken within comfortable financial limits. LuckyWin's maximum liability to any individual player in any single calendar month is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the same calendar month, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by LuckyWin. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You play at LuckyWin voluntarily and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk. LuckyWin is not responsible for decisions made by players and cannot guarantee any outcome on any game or betting market.

LuckyWin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform — typically through a notice on the homepage or a notification within your LuckyWin account — at least 14 days before the revised Terms come into effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of luckywin.world after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
